We are happy to clean homes of all sizes, however, if the home exceeds 1600 sf or if a home has pets, extra fees ARE assessed. 

Extra fees are also assessed for excessive cleaning, homes with pests such as fleas, ticks, bugs, or mice, and hazardous materials such as human or animal feces, urine, blood, or vomit.
